Screw air compressor high temperature problem analysis

First, the reasons for high temperature of screw air compressor

 

1. Insufficient or deteriorating lubricating oil

The lubricating oil of the screw air compressor not only plays a lubricating role, but also has a cooling function. When the lubricating oil is insufficient or deteriorated, it will cause the internal temperature of the screw air compressor to rise. Insufficient lubricating oil may be due to the equipment running for a long time and not replenished in time, or due to lubricating oil leakage. 2. The cooling system is faulty

The high intake temperature may be due to the high ambient temperature around the equipment, or because the air flow is not smooth due to the blockage of the intake port.

 

4. The operating load is too large

The operating load of the screw air compressor is too large, which will also cause the internal temperature of the equipment to rise. When the equipment is in a state of high load operation for a long time, the friction and wear of its internal components will be intensified, resulting in more heat.
