equipment in industrial production, its stability and operating efficiency
directly affect the production efficiency and cost of enterprises. However,
during the operation of screw air compressors, high temperature problems often
occur, which will not only reduce the operating efficiency of the equipment,

First, the reasons for high temperature of
screw air compressor
1. Insufficient or deteriorating
lubricating oil
The lubricating oil of the screw air
compressor not only plays a lubricating role, but also has a cooling function.
When the lubricating oil is insufficient or deteriorated, it will cause the
internal temperature of the screw air compressor to rise. Insufficient
lubricating oil may be due to the equipment running for a long time and not
replenished in time, or due to lubricating oil leakage. The deterioration of
lubricating oil may be due to the aging of the oil due to long-term use, or
because the operating environment of the equipment is poor, resulting in
pollution of the oil.
2. The cooling system is faulty

equipment to rise. When the equipment is in a state of high load operation for
a long time, the friction and wear of its internal components will be
