Textile Industry

Usually, power looms use less star air. Looms used for twill denim spinning or running medium-sized PF facilities require room air of 500 to 1.500 CFM. A wide range of integrated facilities and texture units require a large amount of air, ranging from 2.0000 to 40000 CFM.

Unitex not only produces and supplies reciprocating and screw compressors, chamber gas treatment systems, and automated monitoring technologies that meet all the air requirements mentioned above, but also continues to develop the latest compressor products, which have proven to be an investment in these products.

Drainage of dyed carpets

Carpets must be washed with clean water after dyeing. During this process, the carpet is soaked in water and must be gently removed from the water using economical methods.

to this end

An adjustable suction tank is used to feed the carpet into the vacuum silver. The air in the Zhenshijia special slot connected to the leather silver suction is extracted, thereby removing about 80% of the remaining moisture in the carpet. A constant airflow ensures careful handling of materials. Smooth discharge of continuous water flow and then discharge with working fluid.

cutting-off table

To facilitate the processing and positioning of multi roll fabrics, an air cushion is formed on the cutting table through porous plates. Once a roll of fabric is in place, vacuum suction will hold the fabric in place on the cutting table.

Knitting machine

When spinning on a textile machine, the fabric becomes dirty. The vacuum special dirt is pumped into the storage tank through a side flow blower.

Pneumatic loom

To facilitate the replacement of the yarn cone, the thread ends on the yarn spindle stacked in the yarn feeder are automatically pulled in and stretched.

Once all the twisted wire elements on the far end are assembled, the twisted wire ends will be cut new and pulled into the golden wire container in front of the blower.

After the young red process is completed, use a vacuum cleaner to clean the edges of the fabric to prevent the remaining thread from being pulled into the container.

Hosiery machine

During the weaving process, the sock part completed by compressed air is kept in the sock tube, allowing the knitting needle to move freely. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove stray wires. After weaving, the socks are sucked out of the cylinder and placed into the container through compressed air connected to the receiving containers of each knitting machine.

Yarn steam treatment

The yarn in the spinning and straightening machine is wound on the spool, causing the straightening thread to rotate like a star shrimp. However, for further processing, the linearization term is straight. As a result, steam treatment was applied to the natural line, which disrupted the molecular arrangement of the material and smoothed the fiber structure
