Why does the air compressor emit abnormal sound?

The solution:

1. Check whether the connecting rod tile, connecting rod bushing and spindle tile are worn, strained or burned, whether the connecting rod bolt is loose, and check whether the main oil passage of the air compressor is smooth; It is recommended to replace the bearing bush, bushing, and spindle tile that are seriously worn or strained, tighten the connecting rod bolts (torque standard 35-40N.m), and align the compressed empty oil hole with the oil inlet hole of the air compressor. Air dredging main oil passage. When reassembling, pay attention to the main bearing.

2, check the main and passive pulley groove is consistent, inconsistent please replace, and adjust the tightness of the belt (press the belt with the thumb, the distance of the belt to 10 mm is appropriate).

3. Check whether the oil inlet pressure and oil pipeline are damaged or blocked. If the pressure is insufficient, adjust, clean and replace the failed pipeline immediately. Check the oil quality and impurity content of lubricating oil, compare with the use standard, and replace it immediately when exceeding the standard; Check whether the air compressor is supplied with oil, if there is no oil supply, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out immediately.

4. Check whether the fixing bolts of the air compressor are loose and tightened.

5, the gear driven air compressor should also check whether the gear is loose or the gear installation, the nut is loose, tighten the nut, and the problem should be replaced.
