First, Environmental and Mechanical Inspection
1. Environmental safety Check Ensure that the environment where the air compressor is located is free of debris accumulation, well-ventilated, free of flammable and explosive materials, and the ground is dry.
2. External inspection Check whether the appearance of the air compressor is damaged, whether the screws are tight, and whether the wire is firmly connected.
Second, Lubricating Oil System Inspection
1. Oil level confirmation Check whether the oil level is within the normal range of the window. If the oil level is low, add to the specified position.
2. Oil inspection Observe oil quality, such as oil discoloration, turbidity, should be replaced with new oil, to prevent oil deterioration affecting compressor performance.
Third, Cooling System Inspection
1. Cooling water check (water-cooled) to confirm that the cooling water system has no leakage, the cooling water level is normal, and the water quality is clean.
2. Clean the heat sink Clean the dust on the heat sink to maintain a good heat dissipation effect.
Fourth, Safety Valve and Pressure Gauge Check
1. Safety valve test Manually test whether the safety valve is open properly to ensure that the pressure can be released in time when the overpressure occurs.
2. Calibrate the pressure gauge. Verify that the reading of the pressure gauge is accurate and calibrate it if necessary.
Fiveth, Electrical System Inspection
1. Power supply Check that the power cables are securely connected and the power supply voltage is stable, meeting device requirements.
2. Control panel Check that the control panel is normal and all indicators and switches work properly.
Sixth, Manual Turning
1. In the switching test, manually turn the main engine coupling in the state of power failure to confirm that there is no stuck phenomenon.
Seventh. Preparation for pre-start
1. Add a small amount of oil. Add a small amount of clean oil from the air intake to lubricate key components.
2. Check the controller data. Ensure that the controller data is normal and displayed correctly.
Eighth, Point Operation
1. Point-and-click test multiple point-and-click operation, immediately shut down after each start, check the running sound and startup.
2. Set the pressure to greater than the minimum pressure valve opening pressure value (generally 4-4.5Bar) test run until the pressure and temperature are stable, check noise, vibration, leakage, etc. No exception after the shutdown restore set value.
Ninth, Official launch
1. Start and monitor the official start, monitor the current, oil temperature and pressure changes, to ensure that there is no abnormal.
2. Step by step pressure pressure to the rated pressure, each pressure stage running for a few minutes to ensure a smooth transition.
Tenth. Monitoring in operation
Continuous monitoring The operating status of the air compressor is continuously monitored during operation to ensure that there is no abnormal sound, vibration or leakage.
Eleventh. Exception handling
Abnormal response In case of an anomaly, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and start again after troubleshooting.
Twelfth. Records and reports
Maintenance records Record the check results and operations during the restart for easy tracking and analysis.
Thirteenth. Regular maintenance
Make and implement regular maintenance plan, including filter replacement, oil inspection, electrical inspection, etc., to ensure long-term stable operation of equipment.
