• AS-P is ideal choice for powering equipment such as robust machinery. Meticulous construction and premium quality components ensure trouble-free operation in ambient temperatures ranging from +10°C to +45°C.
• The air filters are specifically tailored to suit required air demand and therefore ensure dependable system operation. Pulley Guard is designed for easy mounting and removal, allowing quick access for belt inspection or replacement when needed. This ensures minimal downtime and safe maintenance without compromising operator safety.
• Equipped with a suitably rated motor (380-400V, 50Hz, 3Phase, Performance Greater than 85% or better, Insulation Class F, Protection Class IP 54 (IP 55 also available on additional cost), the compressor delivers consistent and reliable performance, easily sustaining continuous operation throughout a full work shift without compromising on output or efficiency.
• Equipped with an automatic start/stop pressure control system, the unit ensures efficient operation based on preset pressure limits. Integrated with a high-accuracy pressure gauge, the switch continuously monitors system pressure and activates or halts the compressor accordingly—maximizing energy savings, reducing wear, and maintaining optimal performance.
• Designed for user convenience, the piston motor-driven compressor features a straightforward options for easy start/stop operation. Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design ensures maximum protection against dust, moisture, and external contaminants. Its intuitive layout minimizes training time and ensures reliable performance. Maintenance access points are clearly marked, making routine servicing quick and hassle-free.
• Equipped with a Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter, the piston motor-driven compressor ensures safe and efficient operation. It includes a built-in circuit breaker, overload protection, and thermal protection to safeguard the motor from electrical faults & Reset.
